How the channel works

How to write your message

  • Who? – the position or role of the employee.
  • What happened? – description of the improper behavior.
  • Where? – location or department.
  • When? – date or period of the event.
  • Why and how? – why you consider the behavior unacceptable and how it manifested.

Example 1. Anonymous message

Hello, I would like to report unprofessional behavior of the Head of the Technical Department (please provide Name and Surname), who regularly uses offensive and degrading language toward subordinates during meetings. This occurred in the company office at: (country, city, street, building number, office number) during January–February 2025. Briefly describing the incidents: - During weekly meetings, the manager criticized employees in front of colleagues using humiliating wording. - Several attendees felt psychological discomfort due to public ridicule of work mistakes. - This behavior creates a toxic atmosphere and negatively affects team performance. ✅ The message is completely anonymous.

Example 2. Non-anonymous message

Hello, I am reporting improper behavior of the Head of the Technical Department (Name and Surname), which occurred systematically during meetings. Company office: Ukraine, Kyiv, 12 Tekhnichna St., Office 305 Period: January–February 2025 During the meeting on January 15, 2025, the manager sharply criticized my work on Project X. The remarks were offensive and degrading, causing me stress and embarrassment. Similar comments occurred on January 22 and February 5, creating a toxic atmosphere. Contact details: Name: Donald Trump Email: [email protected] ✅ In this case, the reporter consciously provides their details and more specific information.
